Wing Wednesday: El Borracho de Oro

Read my original post about Borracho de Oro via Deliveroo.

A few months ago I had a variety of tapas from El Borracho de Oro in Edgbaston. I was really impressed and I've been meaning to go back ever since.

What they say: Well they don't say anything as they don't seem to be on the menu. They do have red wine marinaded chicken skewers though which sound like a similar taste. Anyway they were £5.95 for a tub full of chicken wings.

What I say: While the wings were little, they were big on flavour. Who says I don't break out the cliches? The red wine marinade was incredible. It put me in mind of Christmas due to the added spices and seasoning. The wings themselves had plenty of meat too.

Pretty devastated I can't get these again but I'll definitely be trying more of their tapas.
